How scoring works.
Every operator starts at 100. Only verified, unresolved issues affect the score, and only after admin review. Evidence of resolution restores deductions.
Deductions
- Minor verified issue−1
- Moderate verified issue−3
- Serious verified issue−5
- Safety / security serious issue−8
- Repeated unresolved (same category)−2
- No response within 7 days−2
Restorations
- Evidence of resolution+50%
- Verified corrective action (admin)Full restore
